These aster plants are in their second year and they have thrived in our wet summer. My diligent watering during dry spells has really paid off.
Soybean and corn harvest is well under way around us. The rolling countryside with alternating ribbons of green alfalfa and harvested corn rows adds to the patchwork quilt of fall foliage that surround us.
Now is the time to plan your fall foliage getaway. South East Minnesota is filled with rolling hills covered with hardwood forests bursting with color. Visit us during the
week to avoid the crowds.
